ICC Bias against Africa and other countries

The International Criminal Court faces criticisms of selective prosecution. Early cases of ICC prosecution focused on African conflicts such as those in Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo, generating accusations of bias and claims that the institution was promoting neo-colonial interests.
