Draft standard
I've reinserted the deleted subsection, because existing old DS retain that status, and there are some special rules for existing DS in RFC 6410. If the IESG promotes all DS to STD in 2013-10 the section can be removed; for now it is still relevant. –82.113.99.141 (talk) 09:12, 31 October 2011 (UTC)
:I do not think that info belongs under the heading Standardization process, that should describe the current process, not previous documents. What was wrong with putting this under History?--Cybjit (talk) 20:47, 31 October 2011 (UTC)

External links modified
Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to {{plural:1|one external link|1 external links}} on Internet Standard. Please take a moment to review [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=prev&oldid=704184832 my edit]. If necessary, add {{tlx|cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{tlx|nobots|deny{{=}}InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20110719170211/http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfcxx00.html to http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfcxx00.html#STDbySTD
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
