Related to the 2024 post-October 7th relations, the article states Israel and Iran both carried out missile attacks on each other. However, that is false- while Iran sent missiles towards Israel twice, Israel *never* attacked Iran directly with missiles. Suites209 (talk) 21:28, 21 May 2025 (UTC)

Another error
The article states Iran was the second middle eastern state to recognize Israel, without adding to context that Iran's current regime overthrew the government that recognized Israel.
This article is loaded with biased undertones that lends itself to left wing revisionist propaganda 2600:6C5E:5D7F:F073:5856:5F98:58EF:DB4 (talk) 07:31, 14 June 2025 (UTC)
:This is not an error. Iran was the second middle eastern state to recognize Israel in 1950. Iran severed diplomatic and commercial ties with Israel in 1979, which we also mention in the lead.

"The good offices"?
"On 5 August 2024 Ali Bagheri, Foreign Minister of Iran, notified his counterpart in Israel, Israel Katz, through the good offices of Hungary's Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó of its intent to avenge the assassination of Palestinian Authority negotiator Ismail Haniyeh." ???
