This source [https://www.mdpi.com/2076-2615/14/7/1077] was published by MDPI, a dubious publisher that has often been accused of predatory publishing. This is also a primary source (WP:PRIMARY and original research WP:OR). The paper does not mention veganism, so it is unclear why you are adding that source.
