Please change Thirteeth to Thirteenth in "He was the thirteeth jathedar". Waltertracinski (talk) 17:09, 16 December 2024 (UTC)
:{{done}} Thanks for identifying. For anyone wondering, it's consistent with Jathedar#Jathedars_of_Damdami_Taksal. LizardJr8 (talk) 21:19, 16 December 2024 (UTC)

So We only need to add Sant in front of name Jarnail Singh. As he was a preacher at the temple first and everything else later so we should add Sant in front of his name as everyone else does. Sukhneet Singh (talk) 04:57, 20 January 2025 (UTC)

My suggestion
Just add "Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale was a Punjabi Leader".
Even though he originally did not support the idea of a Sikh state, the attack led by the Indian government caused his movements to evolve around the Sikh diaspora both in the Punjab and worldwide. SavetheSouthofIndia (talk) 08:45, 27 January 2025 (UTC)

"After Operation Bluestar" -> "After Operation Blue Star" ; the latter version is much more common and the one used by its actual page. Bloonpauper (talk) 00:11, 29 March 2025 (UTC)
:{{done}} This makes it consistent with the name of the article Operation Blue Star, which is linked repeatedly from this article. - Brian Kendig (talk) 22:19, 5 April 2025 (UTC)
Remove the word militant.
[https://www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/Sant_Jarnail_Singh_Bhindranwale It's a humble request to remove the word militant as it was used so many times in this article on wikipedia page as he was not a militant. He was a sikh leader and preacher. He teaches about sikhi and history of sikhi. He just want justice for his community, and want to be accepted. The word is very disrespectful for a person who gave his life just to protect his religion and his people and to follow the path of truth. He spread the original values of Sikhism and persuaded people young and old to follow the original rules and tenets of the religion. He Demanded for Freedom and Basic Human Rights for Sikhs(Anandpur Sahib Resolution). 2001:56A:F9AB:2200:90A3:33CA:C5E3:E054 (talk) 20:39, 21 May 2025 (UTC)

change the name from "Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale to Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale" because he was a very respectful religious figure in Sikhs. Main thing he was a head of Akat Takth Sahib. The Akal Takht represents the highest seat of earthly authority for the Khalsa, the collective body of initiated Sikhs. Saaddu (talk) 14:07, 30 May 2025 (UTC)
