The article has been recently edited by a new account {{u|ShirleyAnnTemplo}} quite heavily recently. This has included uploading photos of Manahan to Wikipedia and Commons under questionable copyright claims of "own work". ShirleyAnnTemplo is a :WP:SPA whose edits are at least giving the appearance of :WP:APPARENTCOI. There is someone with the same name who works as a "Community liason" for Manahan according to his [https://councilmembermanahan.com/ official website]; so, if this account is the same person than that would clearly be a COI and even possible :WP:PAID editing. -- Marchjuly (talk) 09:08, 1 August 2020 (UTC)
