I would suggest that the subject meets three of the WP:NPROF criteria:
Firstly, as the honours and awards sections notes (with links to the awarding organisations citations), she has recieved three separate awards, from three separate organisations at national level. This is pretty exceptional and easily meets criterion 1.
Secondly, as noted in the career section she has been (elected) president of the BOU, a very prestigious appointment that meets criterion 6.
And finally I'd suggest she meets item 7, as recognised by the government advisory appointments listed in the career section too, with information on policy impact highlighed in some of the career statements
The three most important, independent references that establish these notability are:
{{cite web |title=Marsh Christian Trust - Marsh Award for Ornithology |url=https://www.marshcharitabletrust.org/award/marsh-award-for-ornithology/ |access-date=7 March 2025}} which documents her Marsh Award.
{{cite web |title=BOU Annual Report & Accounts 2022 |url=https://bou.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/2022-annual-report-and-accounts-for-AGM.pdf |access-date=7 March 2025}} Which documents her president role for the BOU
And the slightly odd Scottish Farmer news {{cite web |title=Professor Juliet Vickery to lead British Trust for Ornithology |url=https://www.thescottishfarmer.co.uk/news/18621010.professor-juliet-vickery-lead-british-trust-ornithology/ |website=www.thescottishfarmer.co.uk |access-date=7 March 2025}} which is independent of anywhere she's worked but covers her appointment to the CEO role for the British Trust for Ornithology and career to that point.
