Kandalf & TSR

Anyone else think that Kandalf also bears a strong resemblance to the TSR's old wizard logo from 1978 to '80 ?

:Actually, yeah, I was about to say! He's just facing the other direction and a bit more stylized! I think the move from Kandalf to Konqi is more likely from this, the TSR similarity. Besides, Gandalf is not a Tolkien creation, but a dwarf from the Norse mythology. It would be like Mel Gibson claiming copyright or trademark on Nicodemus. --Trakon (talk) 01:54, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
