:Sources/citations were not the reason I reverted {{user|Wackywace}}'s edits. The information he added is just way too detailed. This page is a list of bacon dishes and only a brief description is necessary. A link to each dish is included in the table if readers require more detailed information.

Have a look at List of National Parks of the United States, for example, a featured list, to see what I mean. Here are a couple of candidates for the page. I don't feel like adding them seeing as how people get their knickers in a twist about the contents. (Personally, I like detail—people who don't like it can skip it, but if it's not there you don't know what you're missing.) Anyone else, feel free to add them.

• The Bacon jam article is an orphan and there's a request for links to it.
• There's something called caramelized bacon, which is similar to Pig Candy (??!) but lacks pecans. It sounds delicious.

The description says to soak bacon in vodka until the vodka becomes opaque. The picture could not possibly represent a cocktail made with such vodka, as the drink is clear as water, while pictures of Bacon Martinis found by Google Images resemble "dirty" martinis.
