Tallest Proposed section
I think it would be safe to remove this article's Tallest Proposed section for now, as none of the listed buildings are likely to be built in the near future. Both the Lighthouse Landing (I updated the article) and World Trade Center Cleveland sites have been subsumed into the planned [http://www.gcbl.org/planning/flats-east Flats East Bank] development, and I haven't heard any news about the Johnson Court tower since 2003. There's been [http://blog.cleveland.com/business/2007/08/new_office_buildings_could_tow.html talk] about new downtown office tower construction, but nothing's been officially proposed. The closest things to a skyscraper under construction now are a ten-story condominium tower that's part of the [http://www.avenuedistrict.blogspot.com/ Avenue District] development and a ten-story [http://www.clevelandclinic.org/heartcenter/newheartcenter.htm Cleveland Clinic building]. - EurekaLott (talk) 05:22, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
:I think that we should leave them, at least for now, because both Emporis and SkyscraperPage state that the buildings are still officially proposed and not yet cancelled. Cheers, Rai-me 14:18, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
::I realize that it can be difficult to obtain information about a proposed builing that is quietly dropped by its developer. It often attracts little media attention, which makes it easy for the folks and Emporis and SkyscraperPage to overlook the cancellation. However, I don't think it's a good idea to compound their errors by propagating misguided information. Please believe me when I say that the listed developments are highly unlikely to ever be built. The World Trade Center Cleveland building, for example, was supposed to break ground in 2000. If you have access, I suggest searching the archives of The Plain Dealer. - EurekaLott (talk) 06:00, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
:::Okay, I will remove them. You have provided several reliable sources for the Lighthouse Landing article, and are correct about Emporis and SkyscraperPage; they often take quite some time to update their information. Cheers, Rai-me 20:01, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

A Jewel in The Great Lakes Crown
Whether you include both US/CAN territories along the Great Lakes Megopolis or just the Mid-West Region... The "KEY Tower" is most definitely (1) of the crowned jewels that make up the dense CROWN of that region and or combined statistical area. Cleveland is a proper Great Lakes city, simply because where it is situated at. Literally nestled upon (Lake Erie) which happens to be (1) of the Lakes that make up the "Great Lakes" super region which is the most densely populated area in North America. 166.137.19.41 (talk) 17:36, 27 January 2022 (UTC)
