Section "Excessive drinking" about European study though title contradicts WHO Europe's stance
Article talks about a study by French scientists under the header "Excessive drinking", this header contradicts the communicated stance of WHO Europe which is "there is no safe level for drinking alcohol"[https://www.who.int/europe/news-room/questions-and-answers/item/q-a-how-can-i-drink-alcohol-safely].
