Talk:Luhansk People's Republic#Lugansk instead of "Luhansk"

The last paragraph of the lead section describes the pre-annexation "separatist" situation. It should be moved earlier in the lead, describing the separatist entity before annexation, and changed mostly to past tense. Also, naming the current leader/Head is not necessary in the lead, the infobox is for that. Paragraph in question follows:

The Head of the Luhansk People's Republic is Leonid Pasechnik. The hyperlink for the anthem of the LPR in the infobox should be replaced with a link to State Anthem of the Luhansk People's Republic. The infobox should have a link to a page about the anthem, like all other Wikipedia pages about regions with their own regional anthems.
