MacBreak Tech

  • How do we go about bringing up MacBreak Tech in this article? Haven't quite figured out how to introduce it. :S --Sakurina 20:46, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

1080p

This is the first podcast to be in 1080p video format! VERY COOL!--BorisFromStockdale 20:25, 22 March 2006 (UTC)

Except now they putting it out in a new aspect that has black bars and doesn't run very well on the mac mini ~ dissapointed fan.

MacBreak Minutes

What is "MacBreak Minutes" (according to the article, "The Pixel Corps released "MacBreak Minutes" in October, which is no longer available on the website.").--Dougall 21:27, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

  • MacBreak Minutes are still released once in a while, but they're short minute-long tips for Mac users. --Sakurina 20:45, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

Notability

To expand on the removal of the notability tag – this is the first video podcast released in high definition which, as horribly cliché as it sounds, is "the future". In other words, it's setting a precedent which (in my mind at least) makes it a notable topic. alex.muller (talkpagecontribs) 00:44, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

Other Jingles

I don't believe that there are any other jingles besides the "rat hole" jingle. Can some one give an episode to listen to that has an "iPhone" jingle. Otherwise, maybe this last section referring to other jingles should be removed for accuracy.--Low2snow (talk) 06:14, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

Merlin Quit MBW

http://vimeo.com/2739703

Listen to his video from 1/6/09, he explicitly states that he quit MBW. Should be reflected in the article. -- MeHolla! 03:45, 11 January 2009 (UTC)

  • 4:42 in, if you don't want to watch. -- MeHolla! 03:46, 11 January 2009 (UTC)

Sources

Despite the fact that the article currently does not cite even one reliable secondary source, it appears there are numerous sources on this particular subject. I might add some at some point, but I figured I'd mention it here and provide a few links to google searches that bring up a significant number of sources: [https://www.google.com/search?biw=1440&bih=734&tbm=nws&sxsrf=ALeKk01QrKOjYcYhvIX-yzBKk9NyThoSuA%3A1614905584919&ei=8IBBYJe6N-GI_Qba6pHADQ&q=%22MacBreak%22+%22Leo+Laporte%22&oq=%22MacBreak%22+%22Leo+Laporte%22&gs_l=psy-ab.3..33i299k1l3.48693.48693.0.49642.1.1.0.0.0.0.107.107.0j1.1.0....0...1c.1.64.psy-ab..0.1.107....0.OL9RM6oeD1A "MacBreak" "Leo Laporte"], [https://www.google.com/search?biw=1440&bih=734&tbm=nws&sxsrf=ALeKk01JvIGX23mRXOb6zSNE1P7bmhQQ0Q%3A1614905635030&ei=I4FBYNKsAaO8ggeduoP4AQ&q=%22MacBreak%22+%22Rene+Ritchie%22&oq=%22MacBreak%22+%22Rene+Ritchie%22&gs_l=psy-ab.3..33i299k1l3.239107.239107.0.240017.1.1.0.0.0.0.158.158.0j1.1.0....0...1c.1.64.psy-ab..0.1.158....0.ENXvCcCc_50 "MacBreak" "Rene Ritchie"], and [https://www.google.com/search?biw=1440&bih=734&tbm=nws&sxsrf=ALeKk02rTvtFqDMvFkd5zAHSE80Qwh9KPA%3A1614905875679&ei=E4JBYL31KLC7ggeZ2rmABg&q=%22MacBreak%22+%22TWiT%22&oq=%22MacBreak%22+%22TWiT%22&gs_l=psy-ab.3..33i299k1l2.37340.37340.0.38073.1.1.0.0.0.0.98.98.1.1.0....0...1c.1.64.psy-ab..0.1.98....0.a1nersn7w7k "MacBreak" "TWiT"].
