Removed the statement 'One condo unit, with a floor area of {{Convert|1400000|sqft|sqm|-4|lk=on|abbr=on}}, will cost USD$ 4 million.' This looked like a misinterpretation of the reference, which was talking about the impact of the new building on the monthly rents of nearby existing buildings. Anyway, a condo unit is not 1.4M square feet, and if it were, it would definitely not cost or rent for $4M in New York. Willhsmit (talk) 22:20, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
Cancelled
The weakest thing about this article it that, as far as has been reported, the proposal for these towers was dropped some time ago, when the Dolans, owners of MSG decided to renovate the current building instead of moving to a new one. See [http://www.newsday.com/sports/msg-executives-unveil-plan-for-renovation-1.882390 here]. In short, the article is seriously outdated, as are various article linked to this one which draw upon its info, which reflects very badly on the wiki as a whole. oknazevad (talk) 05:41, 8 October 2009 (UTC)
