Md. 28 does not reach the intersection of Md. 198 & Md. 650

I thought that the eastern terminus of Md. 28 was at Md. 182 (Layhill Road), not the intersection of Md. 650 and Md. 198, and looking at the [http://www.sha.state.md.us/KeepingCurrent/performTrafficStudies/dataAndStats/hwyLocationRef/2007_hlr_all/co15.pdf 2007 SHA Highway Location Reference] confirms that this is the case. The so-called 28-198 Connector (a/k/a Norbeck Road Extended) is part of the Montgomery County system (CO7445 according to the HLR). Cpzilliacus (talk) 02:43, 7 April 2009 (UTC)
