Per WP:NFILMCHAR, this one is tricky, and I agree with {{u|Redjedi23}}'s concerns after reviewing the article. The character appears in two films (in addition to Zack Snyder's Justice League) but will be in three by the time Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom comes out. However, much of the "extensive coverage" has been aimed towards the character's actress, Amber Heard, rather than the character itself, especially in regards to Heard's controversies with ex-husband Johnny Depp. This material is already covered in the articles for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom and Depp v. Heard
The article should be redirected to the "Mera" section of the target page, or simply to the "In other media/Film" section of Mera (character). WuTang94 (talk) 00:49, 12 June 2023 (UTC)
