Founding date

Does anyone have a source for Meta Platforms, Inc. being founded on January 4th (located at the top of the page in the details pane)? I've seen other sites claim February 4th as well as the Wikipedia article for Facebook the service here:

need an anchor for direct access to "move fast" quote, and update redirect link(s)

Since other articles (e.g. Disambiguation page) link to Wiki "Move Fast" page that has apparently been changed to a Wiki redirect,

e.g. [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Move_fast_and_break_things_(motto)&redirect=no],

there should be a direct anchor to the "Move Fast..." quote instead of just History.
