The Agony and the Ecstacy

I left this reference in when I edited this article, but this book is a biographical novel and I am not certain if it is really a valid source. I would like to hear what others think about this.Gagman385 (talk) 19:30, 21 July 2011 (UTC)

Last Judgment - error

In the final section, it states: "[Michelanglo] had hoped to finish Pope Julius II's tomb but was unable to do so, due to a new project that had been assigned to him by Pope Paul III. Thus Michelangelo set the tomb aside to paint a fresco in the Sistine Chapel.[8]"

This is technically incorrect. While Pope Paul III *did* oversee the completion of The Last Judgment, the commission was made by Pope Clement VII. 162.221.219.181 (talk) 21:19, 30 January 2014 (UTC)Sara Hargrave
