MPR/APM's logo?
I was wondering, what does the logo of both Minnesota Public Radio & American Public Media represent, if anything? Is it a stylized representation of the notes on a musical staff of their audio logo (the first 23 notes of the allegro portion of Bach's Brandenburg Concerto #5, even though the logo has only 21 "dots"?) misternuvistor 09:02, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
:I was wondering the same thing... Does anyone know what it's supposed to depict / represent? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.139.81.0 (talk) 03:37, 11 May 2012 (UTC)
Citations for statistics?
"MPR operates a 37-station regional radio network in the upper Midwest serving a regional population of 5 million people. MPR has 94,000 members and more than 800,000 listeners each week, the largest audience of any regional public radio network."
It seems to me that just the radio stations in Minnesota would cover 5 million, and the additional stations in the other states would bring that number even higher (6.5 million?). Also, there is no reference for the membership and listener stats, nor for the comparison to other public radio networks. -- Sertrel (talk | contribs) 10:55, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
Really late response: Some of this was published in the member newsletter magazine. I have cited it appropriately, and should be available for about a month online. I will also have the PDF saved for a while if anyone needs verification. Jeb R (talk) 02:07, 26 August 2011 (UTC)
Revised "Broadcast Coverage" table, comments???
I'm working on a new version of the Broadcast Coverage table, and would like to hear reactions before I post it. Please take a look at this URL:
: [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:LP-mn/Sandbox#Broadcast_coverage http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:LP-mn/Sandbox#Broadcast_coverage]
It has a number of tweaks in the 2nd & 3rd columns, but the largest change is an addition of a new last column with external media links to coverage maps.

:It's almost finished. With no comments one way or the other, I'll be pasting it into the section soon.LP-mn (talk) 19:49, 3 November 2010 (UTC)

Proposed merge with [[KCMF]]
{{Discussion top|result=Page has been redirected to List of Minnesota Public Radio affiliates. Station is mentioned in List of Minnesota Public Radio affiliates, but not in main Minnesota Public Radio article.--Tdl1060 (talk) 00:19, 15 August 2019 (UTC)}}
Doesn't appear to be notable on it's own, and would be better off as a mention in a list of stations, perhaps. Kirbanzo (talk) 18:01, 26 September 2018 (UTC)
- Support, the article is a stub and does not need to exist. It doesn't really stand alone. -Suddenblast (talk) 14:20, 12 February 2019 (UTC)
- Support; station does not appear to air any local content and should be a redirect to either Minnesota Public Radio or List of Minnesota Public Radio affiliates.--Tdl1060 (talk) 22:30, 30 July 2019 (UTC)
