Delete!
Heh. This was in the template for the Gameboy Advance. I just copied it from a 'nintendo product' page somewhere else, and not an hour later someone wants to delete it. Make up your mind large group of people that is the wikipedia community. I was just getting rid off the red. --Thaddius 16:09, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

To any other editors working on this page in the future, please help search for sources to support these, and feel free to check them off the list once an adequate source is found. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 20:16, 4 March 2025 (UTC)
:Note: Some additional information might be gleaned from the [https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.nintendo.co.jp/n07/* archive] of Nintendo's official Mobile Adapter GB site and its subpages, which list many of the games shown above; however, these pages should not be relied on exclusively, and if cited should be replaced with reliable secondary sources should they become available. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 20:37, 4 March 2025 (UTC)
::I've also seen conflicting reports that the Japanese versions of Kuru Kuru Kururin ([https://archive.org/details/NintendoSpaceworldGuidebooks/Nintendo%20Space%20World%202000%20Official%20Guide%20Book/page/n23/mode/2up]) and Yu-Gi-Oh! The Eternal Duelist Soul ([https://tcrf.net/Yu-Gi-Oh!_The_Eternal_Duelist_Soul]) were both planned to use the adapter at one point. Any reliable sources that can verify this would be much appreciated. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 21:28, 4 March 2025 (UTC)
:::Here is [https://web.archive.org/web/20021011044355fw_/http://www.mobile21.co.jp/lineup.html a list of Mobile21's titles]. RickyCourtney (talk) 19:36, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
::::Definitely helpful to fall back on, although worth noting that not all of those use the adapter. (And, like the other archived pages I linked earlier, we'd only want to use this if we can't find sufficient secondary sourcing instead.) -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 19:45, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
{{outdent}} Pleased to report that secondary sources have now been found for the entire library, with the exception of Exciting Bass (known as ESPN Great Outdoor Games Bass 2002 outside of Japan). We know it has functionality since the Mobile System GB logo is printed on the box; it's just a matter of finding coverage to support it. If anyone can find an old magazine article or online story about it (or even Konami's archived page for the game), it would be extremely appreciated. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 23:23, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
:Okay, finally found a half-decent primary source for Exciting Bass. Secondary sourcing is obviously preferred and we should replace it if one can be found, but this'll do for now. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 17:52, 7 March 2025 (UTC)
::Great work! RickyCourtney (talk) 17:55, 7 March 2025 (UTC)
Price reduction?
While doing research for this page, I found [https://maru-chang.com/hard/gb/english.htm this website] that says the cost of the stand-alone adapter was reduced to ¥3,800 on 19 July 2001. Putting it here in case someone stumbles on a more reliable source. -- RickyCourtney (talk) 21:52, 4 March 2025 (UTC)
Did you know?
@Cyberlink420 Any interest in nominating this page for DYK? I’m on the fence since it seems largely redundant to the somewhat recent DYK for Pokemon Crystal: Template:Did you know nominations/Pokémon Crystal RickyCourtney (talk) 07:01, 8 March 2025 (UTC)
:Hmm...if you're worried about overlap, maybe focus on a different factoid to spotlight beyond its functionality in Crystal. Either pick a different game and highlight its features (e.g. "Did you know the Mobile Adapter GB could download new chapters of a Silent Hill visual novel for Game Boy Advance?"), or focus on the an aspect of the accessory itself, like its short lifespan/low sales, alternate colors for different networks, or the creation of Mobile21 to support it. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 15:31, 8 March 2025 (UTC)

List of functionality
Were this article to be further expanded, I believe the next step would be to document each supported game's functionality, as there are few enough games that I believe the full list could be comfortably inserted without feeling intrusive. While sufficient sources have been found to indicate that Mobile GB support exists for each game, not all of these sources actually indicate what the mobile features are. The following is a list of features for each game gleaned from a combination of reliable and unreliable sources; these entries will of course need to be fully sourced, but they should provide a lead on what to look for.
- Daisenryaku for Game Boy Advance: Download additional maps and weapons, upload data to leaderboard.
- Doraemon: Midori no Wakusei Doki Doki Daikyūshutsu!: Receive special messages from the characters, download items.
- EX Monopoly: Upload results to leaderboard.
- Exciting Bass: Compete in online tournaments.
- Game Boy Wars 3: Download additional maps and units.
- Hello Kitty: Happy House: Send e-mail and items to other players.
- JGTO Kōnin: Golfmaster: Upload high scores to leaderboard.
- Kinniku Banzuke: Kongō-kun no Daibōken!: Upload high scores to leaderboard.

- Napoleon: Download additional battle scenarios, upload clear times to leaderboard.
- Net de Get Minigames @100: Download additional minigames (100 planned, only 11 released).

Any attempts to find citations for these would be greatly appreciated. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 15:18, 17 March 2025 (UTC)
GB Kiss Link
Is it worth mentioning the GB Kiss Link{{cite web|first=Yutaka|last=Ohbuchi|url=http://headline.gamespot.com/news/98_02/23_nectar/index.html|archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20001013155505/http://headline.gamespot.com/news/98_02/23_nectar/index.html|title=Nectaris Kisses Game Boy|website=GameSpot|archivedate=October 13, 2000|date=February 23, 1998|accessdate=October 15, 2022}} on the page as an example of network connectivity on Game Boy prior to the Mobile Adapter GB? Not sure whether that would be too far out of scope. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 23:15, 31 March 2025 (UTC)
:I remember reading something about this long ago. The cartridge had a built in infrared transmitter and receiver similar to what would be included on the Game Boy Color. I never knew they had a PC peripheral too. I’d say it’s out of scope unless we also want to talk about the Game Link Cable and the built in IR systems. RickyCourtney (talk) 03:43, 1 April 2025 (UTC)
