• Leaning oppose, as we are comparing this not just against the topics on the disambiguation page, but everyone at Mosley (surname), and without discounting the similarity with Mosely (or even Mossley). • Weak oppose per BD2412. While Oswald Mosley does receive more views than any other single topic by that name, I feel the bar for setting a surname as a WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT should be a high one, particularly when the surname (like this one) belongs to many notable people.
