Difference between 2004 and 2006

I noticed a big difference in the indicator values between 2004 and 2006. Was there some difference in the way it is calculated? Paullb (talk) 07:00, 13 April 2011 (UTC)

Networked Readiness Index → {{no redirect|1=Networked readiness index}} –

Per WP's treatment of laws, theories, rules, theorems, and principles. Per WP:MOSCAPS ("Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization") and WP:TITLE, this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased. In addition, WP:MOSCAPS says that a compound item should not be upper-cased just because it is abbreviated with caps. Lowercase will match the formatting of related article titles.
