:Nikollë Bojaxhiu → {{no redirect|Nikola Bojaxhiu}} – I propose that this page be renamed to 'Nikola Bojaxhiu', in line with WP:COMMONNAME. Overwhelmingly, independent and reliable English-language sources refer to him as 'Nikola' and not 'Nikollë'. For example and not limited to:{{cite book |last1=Fitzpatrick |first1=Anne |title=Mother Teresa |date=2005 |publisher=Creative Education |isbn=9781583413302 |page=7 |url=https://www.google.com.au/books/edition/Mother_Teresa/VitSLetRL4YC?hl=en&gbpv=0 |access-date=4 November 2021}}{{cite book |last1=Ruth |first1=Amy |title=Mother Teresa |date=1999 |publisher=Lerner Publications |isbn=9780822549437 |page=8 |url=https://www.google.com.au/books/edition/Mother_Teresa/LvSsqD2oNPAC?hl=en&gbpv=0 |access-date=4 November 2021}}{{cite book |last1=Slavicek |first1=Louise Chipley |title=Mother Teresa |publisher=Infobase Learning |isbn=9781438147413 |url=https://www.google.com.au/books/edition/Mother_Teresa/a_FbAgAAQBAJ?hl=en&gbpv=0 |access-date=4 November 2021}}{{cite book |last1=Ānanda |first1=Aruna |title=Indian Nobel Laureates |date=2013 |publisher=Ocean Books |isbn=9788184302370 |url=https://www.google.com.au/books/edition/Indian_Nobel_Laureates/ob0wBQAAQBAJ?hl=en&gbpv=0 |access-date=4 November 2021}}{{cite book |last1=Spink |first1=Kathryn |title=Mother Teresa (Revised Edition) - An Authorized Biography |date=2011 |publisher=HarperOne |isbn=9780062105936 |page=5 |url=https://www.google.com.au/books/edition/Mother_Teresa_Revised_Edition/4WVz59ZgYeoC?hl=en&gbpv=0 |access-date=4 November 2021}}. - Oppose Some users don't spell his name correctly in Albanian, that's not a reason to move the article to another version just because some foreign authors can't be bothered to use Albanian spelling correctly. Botushali (talk) 12:29, 13 February 2022 (UTC)
- Oppose There are many other English sources that use the correct spelling, Nikollë (Nikolle, Nikolla). A few sources that use Nikola do not prove a WP:COMMONNAME case. Uniacademic (talk) 18:38, 16 February 2022 (UTC)
- Oppose There are sources that misspell it as "Nikola", and there are others that write it as it was, Nikolle (some examples [https://books.google.com/books?id=ilJQEAAAQBAJ&pg=PT44&dq=Nikoll%C3%AB+Bojaxhiu&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjV-bvI6oT2AhUOHuwKHcYdBBkQ6AF6BAgEEAI#v=onepage&q=Nikoll%C3%AB%20Bojaxhiu&f=false][https://books.google.com/books?id=Pcxqzal4bEYC&pg=PA673&dq=Nikoll%C3%AB+Bojaxhiu&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjV-bvI6oT2AhUOHuwKHcYdBBkQ6AF6BAgDEAI#v=onepage&q=Nikoll%C3%AB%20Bojaxhiu&f=false][https://books.google.com/books?id=ltglAQAAIAAJ&q=Nikoll%C3%AB+Bojaxhiu&dq=Nikoll%C3%AB+Bojaxhiu&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjV-bvI6oT2AhUOHuwKHcYdBBkQ6AF6BAgJEAI][https://books.google.com/books?id=W9o9aArk-XwC&pg=PP3&dq=Nikoll%C3%AB+Bojaxhiu&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjV-bvI6oT2AhUOHuwKHcYdBBkQ6AF6BAgKEAI#v=onepage&q=Nikoll%C3%AB%20Bojaxhiu&f=false]). Nikola is not the common name, that's for sure. Excine (talk) 21:41, 16 February 2022 (UTC)

Irrelevant quote
Why is this quote on this article? It has nothing to do with Nikolle Bojaxhiu.
"Mother Teresa had once said: “By blood, I am Albanian. By citizenship, an Indian. By faith, I am a Catholic nun. As to my calling, I belong to the world. As to my heart, I belong entirely to the heart of Jesus.”" 2600:1700:BC01:9B0:8C7A:7D97:56E1:BF7F (talk) 00:54, 18 February 2024 (UTC)
