Orphaned references in [[:One UI]]
I check pages listed in :Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of :One UI's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

The denizens of Tūrān were held to include the Turks, in the first four centuries of Islam essentially those nomadizing beyond the Jaxartes, and behind them the Chinese (see Kowalski; Minorsky, "Tūrān"). Tūrān thus became both an ethnic and a geographical term, but always containing ambiguities and contradictions, arising from the fact that all through Islamic times the lands immediately beyond the Oxus and along its lower reaches were the homes not of Turks but of Iranian peoples, such as the Sogdians and Khwarezmians.}}

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 04:11, 17 April 2022 (UTC)
One UI X.1.1 releases
Hey I see inconsistency when dealing with One UI X.1.1 releases:
Galaxy bar-phones don't get X.1.1 updates which means the phones' about pages don't show it and Samsung doesn't mention it in their changelogs so it can't be officially sourced or verified. Don't get me wrong the phones get the features via firmware and app updates but there is just no way to confirm it.
The about pages and changelogs of foldables and tablets show that they run X.1.1 software.
In my opinion phones therefore don't run One UI X.1.1 but rather X.1 and it should be listed as such in the article and tables but there are editors who disagree. Please give your opinions on how we should deal with this to not start the next edit war.
Adding security patch section in more information table about phones and tablets.
Hi,I am suggesting that can we add a section of security patch in the more information table of smartphones and tablets.Means we will add the month name whose latest security is installed on the phone.If you like it please reply here. Amongus10 (talk) 17:11, 10 March 2024 (UTC)
:Yes PresoPoint (talk) 11:24, 4 March 2025 (UTC)
:But, it is the article about OneUI releases and security patches is different thing. It would be a big headache to update security patch list as it is released every month to 3 months and due to being outdated many times, that information won't have any value for readers as it is outdated and incorrect. So better, leave it. Even in OxygenOS article, I was surprised to see that android versions were incorrect, I updated it for Number series, but due to being unsure about Nord series, I left it.
