I was working on some article related to Freon, especially for the newer ones with lower Global_warming_potential, and it seems that the newer ones are not Freon (trademark), but now the Opteon trademark. Well, part of the reason for the interest in Freon is that it seems that some are using it for products that Chemours, the trademark holder, doesn't call Freon.
