Wobbler engine

I think that's what it's called. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.136.72.16 (talk) 23:45, 19 July 2011 (UTC)

In the USA it's called a Wobbler. In the UK it's called an Oscillating Cylinder. I'm not sure about other countries. I suspect that Oscillating Cylinder is the original and more official term. It might be worth adding a note in the text to this effect. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Roly Williams (talkcontribs) 11:19, 20 July 2011 (UTC)

Marine hatnote

The hatnote links back to this article. It used to link to Marine steam engine#Oscillating, where a hatnote refers to this as the main article. Which one should be the main article? Johnragla (talk) 19:28, 11 July 2023 (UTC)
