External links modified
Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to {{plural:1|one external link|1 external links}} on Outlook.com. Please take a moment to review [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=prev&oldid=706473301 my edit]. If necessary, add {{tlx|cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{tlx|nobots|deny{{=}}InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20100523080259/http://windowslivepreview.com:80/hotmail/new/ to http://windowslivepreview.com/hotmail/new
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

Reversion Codename Lisa
Metro is no longer used
The article should be edited to reflect that Microsoft's UI is no longer called Metro. It was changed in 2012 because of trademark infringement to Metro AG
Instead it is called "Modern Design" or more simply "Modern"

Should the name be changed?
It seems Outlook is the name used by Microsoft and not Outlook.com. It is further confusing that we have Microsoft Outlook (the software client part of 365/Office) and Outlook on the web which I have just put a move request on (see Talk:Outlook on the web).
Maybe this article should be called simply "Outlook" while the software article should be "Microsoft Outlook (software)"? And that third article moved to Exchange Online. Maybe that would clear up confusion and be more accurate too. 148.252.129.141 (talk) 17:09, 6 September 2023 (UTC)
Name change?
This article should be named Hotmail. There is already an article about Microsoft Outlook and one on Outlook on the web as well. Why make an URL and article? The previous user said it to be made simply Outlook but then it would be confusing with Microsoft Outlook page. I suggest we name this page Hotmail and have facts and details about the previous company. Thanks. Saptajit D (talk) 06:31, 28 March 2025 (UTC)
