Historic first use
Right now the article states: "pBR322 is a plasmid and was one of the first widely used E. coli cloning vectors.".
However had, was it the first vector? What was the very first vector used? I think it would be nice to find out. Perhaps pBR322 was not the first one. 2A02:8388:1641:5500:0:0:0:1 (talk) 18:15, 15 November 2022 (UTC)
