Patti, India → Patti, Punjab — At least one other town named Patti exists in India, Patti, Uttar Pradesh. The town in Punjab has a population of about 34k while the town in Uttar Pradesh has about 9k. The former is certainly larger, but unless it is dominantly better known, I suggest that confusion be avoided by naming the them in corresponding fashion: city, state.
