With the recent release of Wizards of the Coast's Fiendish Codex I: Hordes of the Abyss, Pazuzu, as well as some other demon lords are now considered Obyrithhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demon_%28Dungeons_%26_Dragons%29#Obyrith, although Pazuzu is well on his way to becoming a full fledged Tanar'ri.
