Not really. There isn't more than a paragraph worths of information known about these people, yet they are linked to in various places. Though I admit this article will probably need to be renamed, I think it's a good place for them. There's other articles on Wikipedia like this; such as when the Pokemon stubs were all merged, and the Lord of the Rings horses were all marged to one article. Antley 23:48, 12 September 2005 (UTC)

It seems sensible to me to use this page as a clearinghouse for relatively minor characters. If a character is mentioned in another article with an unresolved link, they could be added here. If and when someone decides they deserve an article of their own they could be removed. FYI, most, if not all, names in the Book of Mormon, D&C and Pearl of Great Price are indexed [http://scriptures.lds.org/in/contents here]. I propose we merge this article with List of Book of Mormon people. The two articles are awfully redundant.

Merge Certainly; these are redundant. Merge the other into this one, or move them both to List of persons in the Book of Mormon. Looks like the vote is pretty unanimous - so I will move forward with the merge rather than waiting for any other discussion. The merge itself will be a little tricky, so I will work on it piecemeal over the next few days. --Descartes1979 (talk) 06:10, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
