– A mere cursory glance at the article and Google search suggests the cardinal is the primary topic. The cardinal's article has more information and sources and he's a cardinal elector this year with a somewhat dubious qualification for it. We should be wary of recentism, the PAI leader was not a minor ministerial role but had a role in national politics as leader of the main parties in the country.
