Treatment

I believe there is misinformation in the "Diagnosis" section. It says that the treatment is the same for P.knowlesi as for P.malariae and that there is little risk of misdiagnosis. In fact, P.knowlesi infection can be fatal in humans, as with P.falciparum. It requires rapid diagnosis and appropriate treatment.Syanow (talk) 21:26, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

: I have rectified that part. Thanks, Syanow! —KetanPanchaltaLK 12:25, 17 July 2008 (UTC)

It is 'Plasmodium knowlesi' or 'Plasmodium knowelsi'?!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.24.250.130 (talk) 13:31, 19 May 2009 (UTC)

--> Yes there are two spelling mistakes in the "History of discovery" and "Evolution" section. Please correct. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.51.83.104 (talk) 13:35, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
