Since the edit of 06:23, 18 July 2018, there has been a claim that {{blockquote|19 out of 32 school districts [in New York City] have [or had] fewer white students ...}}It seems that this is supposed to indicate that the schools (or "school districts"?) are segregated.

I had some trouble getting my head around this logic. So like, 49% white students would indicate it's segregated (and 51% would not)? Credit to User:021120x for calling this out with the 10 October 2022 edit adding a {{tlx|clarification needed}}.)
