:I think I would consider Jerry Coyne's blog to be a reliable source, per WP:BLOGS, but that policy warns against using self-published sources about living people, which we need to assume Nola to be without corroboration of his death. I'm sure that within a few days we will get cast-iron reliable sources for this, so we can update the article then. It's better to be right than to be quick.
