Fort Hood massacre

Gen. Cone was the commanding officer of Fort Hood at the time of the Fort Hood massacre having just been transferred there 6 weeks before the 2009_Fort_Hood_shooting. Should it be mentioned?

Clean Up

Okay, well this is a lot better than [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Robert_W._Cone&oldid=191368113 I found it], but 95% of what I did was to fix the wikilinks. I have no way of evaluating the content. Unschool (talk) 03:39, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

Citation?

I see no sources concerning the death of General Cone, and the changes were only made by an IP address. Can someone please provide a citation? Ogram (talk) 22:53, 19 September 2016 (UTC)

:I see that he died but not a date of death. [http://www.kcentv.com/news/local/gen-robert-w-cone-passes-away/321721884] —C.Fred (talk) 02:26, 20 September 2016 (UTC)

There is a memorial page that is not a reliable source, [https://externalapps.westpointaog.org/Memorials/Article/36399/] but I'll take it as enough to drop the citation needed template. —C.Fred (talk) 14:52, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
