I want to edit more right informations Minhoang123 (talk) 15:21, 27 April 2025 (UTC)

:File:Red question icon with gradient background.svg Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Day Creature (talk) 17:22, 27 April 2025 (UTC)

Aquila removed

The Aquila was one of Rome's universal symbols, it makes no sense, at least to me, that it would be removed from the top of the infobox. I'm sure there's a valid reason for it, but I'm not sure what it is. 47.229.108.159 (talk) 04:38, 28 April 2025 (UTC)

:Correction: I just saw edit logs, and noticed one editor noted it was emblematic of the Roman Military, while that is ture, wasn't the eagle on the portico of the Pantheon? 47.229.108.159 (talk) 04:40, 28 April 2025 (UTC)

::It shouldn't be held out as a symbol for the Roman polity itself if it wasn't one. No illustration is always better than misleading illustration. Remsense ‥  04:47, 28 April 2025 (UTC)

:::You know, that is actually a pretty good reason for that. It makes sense as well. 47.229.108.159 (talk) 00:19, 29 April 2025 (UTC)

Size of empire under Trajan is wrong. 6,5 million km2 more accurate.

Take a ruler and do the math. Only in asia it controlled ca 1.8 million square km2 (turkey, mesopotamia, syria, palestine, jordan, part of saudi arabia) , plus at least 1.5-2 million km2 in Africa (very very reductive estimate), italy+hiberia+gaul with lower and upper germany (1.7 million km2) and we are at 5-5,5 million km2. But Britain, Noricum and Balkans are not counted so far ! 5.91.47.75 (talk) 07:10, 21 June 2025 (UTC)

:We cite three WP:RS sources, two of which I've been able to check online and do have the 5 million figure. If your calculation's correct, there are probably competing reliable souces out there confirming that, but until we have those, we have to treat your calculations as WP:OR and thus inadmissible. It is possible that the sources use better boundaries than our maps, or taking a ruler to a Mercator projection has led to error, or some other problem with your measurements, or there may indeed be better figures in other reliable sources - or there may even be one that does provide a breakdown, in which latter cases those would be welcome additions to our references and perhaps change our text.
