Sexuality

Nothing about her apparent lesbianism in the article, despite a book that was inscribed with her signature and an accompanying message on the importance of "women loving women" coming to auction in 2016; also a 2017 Guardian article referrs to her as a "lesbian." Thoughts?

Cause of Death

She was only 40 when she died - was it from natural causes? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.127.152.41 (talk) 19:13, 16 March 2012 (UTC)

Dependent on both drugs and alcohol ... is a redundant statement. Alcohol is a drug. The correct wording therefore is Dependent on alcohol and other drugs ... 101.163.21.119 (talk) 18:21, 23 February 2013 (UTC)

Other early female British fascists?

I think perhaps a 'See also' with other early female British fascists would be useful here, if anyone knows of more. LastDodo (talk) 16:24, 5 August 2022 (UTC)

"pet hates"

She was opposed to class-conflict and internationalism here described as "pet hates" which makes it sound as if it was a weakness, irrational and lamentable fetish/leaning/phobia rather than things that she was simply opposed to. Weasel words?

: {{ping|Timtak}} I agree; be bold and fix it! If it's not weasel words, it's definitely unencyclopedic euphemistic language and should be removed in either case. Also, don't forget to sign your comments with ~~~~! ThaesOfereode (talk) 15:13, 7 July 2024 (UTC)
