Apparently he wrote some things as Roderick, or Roderich, Freeman - [http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&rls=HPAA%2CHPAA%3A2006-05%2CHPAA%3Aen&q=freeman+roderich+friml&btnG=Search&meta=]. Sallyrob added this to the article: "In 1967, Friml gave a piano recital at San Francisco's Curran Theatre that featured highlights from his numerous operettas, as well as a demonstration of his ability to improvise. Friml played Dvorak's Humoresque as a tribute to his former teacher. He also appeared on the Lawrence Welk Show as Welk honored the composer." What is your source for this information, and why is a piano recital notable? There's also a "Follies" (as in Follies (Sondheim musical)) connection, in that Sondheim's music for the pastiche song "One More Kiss" was influenced by S. I voted to Keep, because signatures in the US and many other countries are not eligible for copyright protection. This is the signature that Friml used in the US throughout his career. -- Ssilvers (talk) 06:24, 29 September 2021 (UTC)
