Merge of book sources

{{Ping|Theleekycauldron}} I appreciate how you've merged the Not for Tourists book sources, except now users are not directed to specific pages for both Seattle Coffee Works and Ballard Coffee Works (like the citations do [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Seattle_Coffee_Works&oldid=1138065026 here]).
