From what I've read, the denominations of the early American missionaries are really convoluted and no secondary sources seem to give a fair summary of the denominational difference since there were Congregationalist and Prebysterians adhering to Calvinistic teachings in these groups.--KAVEBEAR (talk) 07:21, 29 November 2016 (UTC)
