"All Over The House" video
The music video for "All Over The House" can quite literally be described as multi-racial hardcore pornography, as was reported in the Daily Mail. Vandalism
Music video for 'All Over the House'
I think it would be appropriate to mention the video and explain the controversy around it. A difficult balance would have to be taken, being careful not to be libelous, but at the same time, being objective. At the moment the stance the page has taken is to completely omit any reference to the video or the song, which perhaps is safe, but it's not correct. We should also consider that sources of information about the song and video are available online, so it's not like the controversy has been completely hidden from the public.
Skepta discussed the video in a BBC documentary with Jameela Jamil, called "Porn: What's the harm?" recently (http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b040n2ph/Porn_Whats_the_Harm/), and I think it could be a useful source of quotes from Skepta. He talks about why he chose to make the video, and he also responds to someone who made a response video to "All Over the House". — Preceding unsigned comment added by SamOwenI (talk • contribs) 23:29, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
Hometown
The lede refers to his ”Nigerian hometown in Ogun State” in the paragraph referring to him becoming a chieftain. Since he was born and raised in London, isn't this inaccurate? Maybe change it to something like "ancestral hometown" if that is the town his parents lived before moving to London? I'm writing this here instead of just changing it because I'm not sure if the term "hometown" has a wider meanings that I'm unfamiliar with. PraiseVivec (talk) 01:19, 4 March 2021 (UTC)
:I agree with your suggestion.Madbrad200 (talk) 01:37, 4 March 2021 (UTC)
"Chief" honorific
In the opening sentence, why use the title of "Chief"? Why not use the native name, which is Amuludun?
Similar to how the Josefa Iloilo article uses the native name Ratu instead of "chief" Helioz9 (talk) 23:31, 15 November 2022 (UTC)
