There is a thing that says marine science

:File:Red question icon with gradient background.svg Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. FifthFive (talk) 03:20, 22 October 2024 (UTC)

Spongebob should be editable for All Wikipedia users

I think this should be the because everyone already knows who made It spongebobs voice actor meaning even if someone were to edit the page it would get reported on the spot. Humblegamer36 (talk) 21:43, 29 October 2024 (UTC)

Vincent Waller and Kamp Koral

does anyone have a link to an archive of [https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Fthese-spongebob-fans-are-more-disrespectful-to-stephen-v0-7n6mcwry01dd1.jpeg%3Fwidth%3D1079%26format%3Dpjpg%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3D3a4d015b3e9128895f4df04c61ce3434e4270b01 this Tweet] in particular? I can only find proof of it in screenshot form. Avienby (talk) 06:17, 22 January 2025 (UTC)

:The original tweet was [https://twitter.com/VincentWaller72/status/1357485237148684288 here], and an archive is available [https://web.archive.org/web/20210822225653/https://twitter.com/VincentWaller72/status/1357485237148684288 here]. More relevant tweets are referenced here and are probably available in the Web Archive: https://spongebob.fandom.com/wiki/Kamp_Koral:_SpongeBob%27s_Under_Years#Controversy SlyAceZeta (talk) 06:45, 22 January 2025 (UTC)

::God there's someone claiming I'm doing "original research" because I dare to show the other side of the story, I sure hope this doesn't turn into an edit war Avienby (talk) 00:29, 23 January 2025 (UTC)

:::Try to not take it too personally. Comments like "user clearly biased against the spinoffs" are unnecessary. SlyAceZeta (talk) 04:20, 23 January 2025 (UTC)

Vincent made two more tweets the next day saying how his concept of time was messed up by the events, so he wasn't actually sure if Stephen was aware of Kamp Koral. I don't know if we should include the first tweet saying that he knew about it, because he took that back the next day. These are the following Tweets in the thread:

  • http://web.archive.org/web/20210205135425/https://twitter.com/VincentWaller72/status/1357688505388859394 "When I said that last night, I was feeling it was right, but full disclosure. That time period has so much traumatic scar tissue for me. Cont."
  • http://web.archive.org/web/20210205135710/https://twitter.com/VincentWaller72/status/1357689641005056000 "Cont. I had lost two friends to death in a short and it has kinked up my chronological memories of events into a bit of a slippery jumble for that entire block of time." Hammill Ten (talk) 03:49, 31 January 2025 (UTC)

:Keep it but include a disclaimer, that portion of the article is way too one sided towards the "no spinoffs" thing and people are using it as an excuse to speak on behalf of the deceased Avienby (talk) 03:57, 31 January 2025 (UTC)

::Added the bit of information about Vincent's additional responses, feel free to fix if I formatted wrong Avienby (talk) 06:30, 31 January 2025 (UTC)

Show’s return to form

I would cut out the part in the synopsis description of the show’s quality decline. Ignorning that the show was still getting good reviews in its fourth and fifth season and only getting MIXED reviews (there were still episodes that were nominated for awards) from 6-9a, the show got consistent quality during the second half of season nine, as has mostly stayed that way since (minus the some of the recent spinoff movies).

Those that are still complaining about the show not ending after the first movie are not as prominent anymore, with the more terminally online ones with nostalgia bias being called “Spongeboomers”. The show has not faded into irrelevance and consistently been mediocre the way The Simpsons has. 172.116.32.173 (talk) 19:06, 4 April 2025 (UTC)
