This needs a rewrite

Thee MAY be some usable prose in older revisions, but only as long as it's well-sourced.

Assuming the versions from the first year or two are true, this person may come close to meeting WP:NACADEMIC based on his serving on editorial boards and his other positions.

British or American?

:It looked like Donaldson is British per PeoplePill, but generally this source is considered to be non-reliable source, blacklisted, and likely a "Wikipedia mirror site" and a better source will be needed. Sarrail (talk) 18:48, 15 December 2022 (UTC)

::I have not found any good source for his birthplace so the article now reads: "Donaldson is a naturalized US citizen" which came from his college/work bio Lightburst (talk) 16:51, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
