What on earth is a cult doing in the citations for Russian street kid numbers!?!?!?!?
Under the Russia segment of this article, it is claimed that "experts" have estimated that the Russian street children population has risen to 2-4 million. Well not only was this claim not mentioned once in the citation given, but the supposed "experts", the FCF A.k.a. Family International, is a doomsday pedophile Christian cult founded in California. How anyone could even confuse this for an expert opinion on the issue? Now I don't have the time to sort through all of the edits to the page's history and I'd be happy if someone else could see where this dubious source came from, I am legitimately confused what motive someone would have for putting it into the article. Is this fake news, and if so, for whatever purpose? Is this an actual FCF member WP:POVPUSH ing? The whole thing mind boggles me.
I'm removing this until and unless someone can find a more reliable source for the segment on juvenile homeless population growth in Russia.

: Someone has added a figure of 2,500,000 street children again. That's completely insane, since it's 4x times more than the total amount of homeless people in the US (around 650,000) with 2 times smaller population. If that was true, all Russian cities would look like a scene from Mad Max 2, which is clearly not the case as of today. Finstergeist (talk) 20:55, 7 April 2024 (UTC)
Street Children of the Great Depression
Street-kids were also common during the Great Depression: there's quite a lot of articles over the internet to prove it. Just saying it would be worth adding in.184.186.4.209 (talk) 02:38, 18 August 2019 (UTC)
