:{{Ping|184.66.254.235}} yes. But in Tagalog Wikipedia quality matters over quantity. Cebuano Wikipedia, on the other hand, is mainly populated by bot-generated articles created by Lsjbot. There are numerous horrible duplicates, mainly in geographic entries. There is the proper article for Talavera, Nueva Ecija which is :ceb:Talavera, Nueva Ecija, but there is also :ceb:Talavera (munisipyo sa Pilipinas, Tunga-tungang Luzon, Province of Nueva Ecija, lat 15,62, long 120,93) as well as :ceb:Talavera (kapital sa munisipyo sa Pilipinas, Tunga-tungang Luzon, Province of Nueva Ecija, lat 15,59, long 120,92).
