Should be merged with customer service

I don't think this is of enough differentiation to customer service to be it's own article. Should be merged with customer service. 86.29.227.98 (talk) 16:43, 29 November 2024 (UTC)

::Strongly disagree. The two concepts are distinct. A D2C manufacturer's customer support department deals with questions like "where is my shipment" or "the product arrived but I want to initiate a return because by the time it got here, I don't need it any more", while technical support deals with questions like "it arrived and I plugged in the product but it does not work" or "it works but not very well". --Coolcaesar (talk) 00:09, 5 February 2025 (UTC)
