Iron it's a rest of 100% - think, please.
In the introduction, the article says "With a carbon content between 0.5% and 1.5%, tool steels are manufactured under"...(rest of sentence omitted) Percentage of what? Is it a percentage of the weight, volume (which seems to me to be unlikely), atom count, or some other metric? OHNS & HCHCR
Hi,
