A time where THREE WORLD POWERS or Continents were fighting for Economic Supremacy - Capitalism (Present - Western World), Communism (Present - Europe), and the EASTERN WORLD (Present - Asia, The Middle East and Political De-Factos aligned with the benefits of the Eastern World). The importance of the Murals were to be forms of Advertising to settle disputes between the working class, and state and/or simplify Political Messages the Lower Classes could not comprehend from the Political Elite in the Country. Some of whom, were philosophically aligned with the Main Agenda of The Country, less focussed on the Economy, others who were not Aligned with the Country's History, Significance or Input in the world as we know it today, More interested in securing their own legacy to the benefit of themselves. Given TUPAC SHAKUR'S LEGACY - He has been unanimously decided to be Placed on the Entry Point of Church Street Market, to highlight the Extremely Diverse Interactions that have been occuring since the "Regeneration Project" took hold of the Local Area in 2007. With Further "Updated Regeneration" to undergo by 2036, in line with the many Delays the Local Authority have experienced, that the common man or woman, is unsure or not informed about. Long term Residents and Independent Business Entities have Pledged to Financially Support for the Artwork to be Completed, such as the 20th Century Brand Comcorde®️, who have met Resistance as it may be misidentified by Local Policing of being Cynical in Nature - WHEN IT IS FURTHEST FROM THE TRUTH. As a Family Inspired Brand, with Global connections and a track record of Supporting Communities, Medically, Financially, Psychologically, Morally - They Insist on Being Part of the Unveiling of the Church Street Regeneration Programme for the individual contribution of the TUPAC SHAKUR Mural being Erected. For many younger generations, the rise of Social Media, WEB 3.0 and The Digital Age, it is a Testament to the Global Turmoil faced in the world from 1950 to Present, with much Geo-Political Conflicts, Breakthroughs in technology and Medical Advances. As a focus on the Community Connection or Cord, with an E-Element (online element), for the purpose of their Name (COMCORDe) when Naturally Written by Hand. It is of Significant Community Importance for the REALIZATION OF THE TUPAC SHAKUR MURAL TO BE ESTABLISHED IN THE PROJECTED LOCATION.
