Museums section needs updating
The following statement in the museums section is no longer true:
"The building also houses three research museums: the Museum of Anthropology, Museum of Paleontology. Today, the collections are primarily housed and displayed in the Ruthven Museums Building which was completed in 1928.{{Cite web |date=2008 |title=History |url=http://www.lsa.umich.edu/exhibitmuseum/about/history |url-status=dead |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20080210121729/http://www.lsa.umich.edu/exhibitmuseum/about/history |archive-date=February 10, 2008 |access-date=December 26, 2008 |publisher=University of Michigan Exhibit Museum of Natural History}}"
The Museum of Natural History is located in the Biological Sciences building, while the Research Museums Center houses the Museum of Anthropology, Museum of Paleontology, Museum of Zoology, and Herbarium. I believe the Ruthven building no longer exists. Old Dan & I (talk) 17:35, 17 October 2024 (UTC)

:University of Michigan → {{no redirect|UMich}} – WP:COMMONNAME. Theparties (talk) 14:22, 22 December 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose. The full name provides a WP:TITLECON consistent naming convention across all articles on universities and colleges in the United States. Many reliable sources like [https://www.forbes.com/top-colleges/ Forbes] and [https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/rankings/national-universities?_sort=rank&_sortDirection=asc US News and World Report] still use the full name. The OP has also made numerous individual RMs on this same issue like this one, which may violate WP:ACROTITLE or use a shorter common name that is rarely used outside a sports/athletic context. Better to stick to the status quo. Zzyzx11 (talk) 14:39, 22 December 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose as unnecessary, unwise, and confusing for readers. ElKevbo (talk) 14:55, 22 December 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose, per the comments of Zzyzx11. —Eyer (he/him) If you reply, add

to your message. 16:15, 22 December 2024 (UTC) - Oppose per WP:TITLEFORMAT#Avoid ambiguous abbreviations, WP:ACROTITLE, and what Zzyzx11 and ElKevbo said. The proposed title is not sufficiently explanatory to people unfamiliar with the university. – Epicgenius (talk) 22:34, 23 December 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose. Keeping the title as is would remain in line with titles of articles on other universities.VSA72 (talk) 00:05, 24 December 2024 (UTC)
